Dear ClearSound Hearing Patients,
We take the health and safety of our community seriously. We are continuing to follow the infection control protocol for audiologists, hearing healthcare professionals and staff. In addition, we have implemented additional disinfection protocols, including but not limited to diligently disinfecting offices (patient contact surfaces) between patients, washing our hands after any contact with patients and/or their hearing aids.
In addition, we are requiring all sick employees to stay home. We have also requested you and our staff to avoid handshakes and hugs for now.
Our clinics will remain open unless otherwise instructed by local public officials. You will be contacted if any changes need to be made to your appointment date and/or time. If you feel that you need to reschedule please contact the clinic.
We request your sensitivity to bring only one to two caregivers to accompany patients to our locations at this time. If you have traveled internationally, traveled on any cruise ship, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or if you are not feeling well accompanied by fever, please reschedule.
